Our weekend at Falcon Ridge was great, and I didn't feel like I went too nuts with food either (although sitting around listening to folk music didn't make for much exercise, next year I hope to hit the dance tent a lot). The scale thought I had lost about 4 pounds over the weekend, seems questionable and if actually true is probably all via sweat!
Beautiful day today, went out for the first run I've done in quite a while, pushing it a bit to do six miles, but it was great. Unfortunately I succumbed to an oddly persistent hunger in the afternoon, and will end the day without making my goal. Frustrated by eating today, despite feeling great. Mostly boredom today I think... also I knew I had some leeway from my run.
